I bet the vehicle industry as a whole loves this new trend of buyers that take their new vehicles off-road. It has to be be increasing the number of vehicles that wear out sooner than later. Resulting in new car/truck sales. I’ll stick to my fully built 1990 Jeep Comanche that I paid 15k for. (Dana’s, lockers, coil overs, new rebuilt 4.0 h.o., 37” tires, etc.) 30k-70k (vehicles from this channel) and is a ton of cash to be banging around in the dirt. 😳 keep making the videos, I’ll keep watching. You guys are having fun, I’m not throwing shade. I’m just nervous for the cherry vehicles.
That’s a great assumption but here is some info that might surprise you. My touareg in this video is 15 years old. It has a v8, 300lbft of torque, a low gear transfer case, a center and rear locker and I got it for 4800 bucks. . It was 90k when it came out sure, but that was in 2006.
@@mallkrawlerz620 it’s not an assumption. I said “from this channel” wasn’t necessarily talking about that individual vehicle. I was thinking of the one labeled Outback wilderness off roading Cleghorn Subaru, Jeeps, Toyotas, etc. at the 5 min mark some says “you don’t want to flip your 80-90k dollar rig.”
