I agree with you graphically, the game looks cool for its age, I met this game much later than its release, but I played a lot in the 3rd part and RBR at that time

Just look at this! I cant bare Rally 2.0 kicking my ass! The shadows the tree's the bumps. CM 2005 had basic global lighting. You could see everything making it easier. I think we should not forget that this is an arcade game. Personally, I liked it, but part 4 was better in terms of physics. At that time, who wanted realism played in RBR
@@snaildriving in actual fact, this was considered sim back in the day. How you get all cars ?
After 20 years I see now the detail of breaking disk heating while breakings, such a wonderful game this is my childhood ❤️
Lots of memories of this game.
I have more memories associated with Part 3 and rbr...
@@snaildriving Okay. My favorite cars in Colin McRae Rally 2005 are the Peugeot 205 T16 EVO 2, Ford Escort MK1 and the Lancia Stratos.
Bro i have a lots of favourite cars in this game i can't even tell ya 😂😅
It’s now 18 years since that game came out
played this game well untill dirt was released. as a kid i thought these graphics were the height of videogames like nothing was going to top this

Wow, that was some great driving!
I love the classic Mini Cooper!
🙂👍
Love this game and still play it on my original Xbox and tbh it looks just as good as the pc version.
And that's cool 👍
Awesome Pal . Love watching it🤘🤙😉
Thanks friend:)

Very nice video! How did you get the replay footage for the cars?
Thank you! It seems nothing surprising, I took excerpts from replays
I took the rotating cars from the game menu and just cropped the picture.

I still love these rally games even though they are old, but that makes them classics.
Did you use any mods, if so could you provide a link please?
This video does not use modifications, but there are WRC liveries, look on the Moddb website or nexus

I noticed the Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2 in this game is underpowered from CMR 4, 550hp on CMR 4 and 450hp on CMR 2005
On the contrary, it seemed to me that in cmr 2005 Audi is faster...
@@snaildriving I assumed the S1 E2 in CMR 2005 much faster, but funny Codemasters listed this car only got 450hp, while in CMR 4 they listed got 550hp
I will say that in general, all cars in cmr2005 are faster, I think this is due to the fact that physics is simplified
