The guy lied. Said he pushed the woman then turned around and denied it. I tend to believe he actually kicked her by the shape she was in. If he lied about that, he probably lied about her hitting him, unless he was shoving her and she struck him in self defense. No man should EVER harm a pregnant woman or any woman unless she has a gun and he fears for his life. If she lost the baby, he would get murder charges, which he would deserve!
@Kay Gee wrong. Most people use "touch" generically for offensively striking. It's a well known, extremely common colloquialism. And most people think of offensive actions and defensive actions separately. Saying I pushed a woman off me and I would never hit a woman are completely compatible, non contradictory statements in common speech.
