500 yds floor is MASSIVE. Easily can do 4 bhk and massive lounge and kitchen. 3 bed unit will be magnamous. Most lay persons cannot understand and visualize the actual sizes.
But I dont understand why hes buying a new house when hes going to build his own house on the land he recently purchased? He can rent a 2-3bhk flat until his new house is built on his own land
No need for rent also. He can stay in his didi's house. Also, half of the time he is in Canada.

I am regretting a lot now. Fully Smart homes are great if you look from outside but its really very very hard to maintain.
Example : I Installed a fully Automatic smart commode that I imported from Japan. Now after 1 year its Lid Motor is gone and I cannot find the spare motor. Also the company has discontinued that model and that motor costs 8500 INR ( That too Not Available).
I installed a fancy smart bulb that my Friend bought from UK. Now one of them is damaged and I cannot get it anywhere. And it will looks odd to install another one.
So if you are going fro Fully Smart Home be prepared for all these or make sure your builder ( In this case Gulati Saab have sufficient stocks of every component they are using )

You must be buying the builder floor for approx 3 crores. In 3 crore you can build stilt plus 3 on your new land and still have 2 more floors to sell or rent on.

What was the issue in staying at this 0:15 house of your sisters till the construction completed on the plot. Since you will be travelling , you have to maintain 2 houses eventually . Even if your family grows next year you can use the current house while the next one is constructed. Rest you know best

Bahut bahut badhai ji 💐🎉 aap LG ki washing machine with Dryer purchase kar lo Kapde sukhane ka jhanjhat khatam, Kapde bilkul dry hokar nikalte hai, chahe us time hi pehen lo, I am sure aap log Canada mein wahi use karte honge, we are also using this for the last 5 to 6 years, iski cost approx 70 k Tak hoti hai.

Is there any reason of you buying another house (that too whole floor) when you are going to build your own house on the land you just purchased? You can rent another house until your own house is built on your land.

Hi Mohit, just saw the plan of the house in this video. Rooms are spacious that's good but there is a basic flaw in the planning. Who plans the dining area bang on the entry of the house.The planning can be improved, if one swipes the kitchen with guest bedroom and plans a kitchen with dinning area it will depend on the stage of construction and how flexible Gulati ji. Another thing, currently the dining area is far from the kitchen and a door in between.hope u can imagine it's practicality. Also guests in the living area and how comfortable one would be having their meal if the guest is not tht close one.
