I am sure ppl have lots of questions throughout this process and they need a person who is knowledgeable and trustworthy to guide them. He can easily provide these services at a cost. He should start with a website and Instagram/Facebook page and put up some videos abt the consulting services that he can offer even if he is not the builder. Also there are NRIs who need a host of real estate services, right from buying/selling or Property Management while they are out of the country. Gulati Saab should seriously consider these.
