    Kind of new. How does the ink system you use help with little ink build up on the screens?

      @@jennieborn2541 Ink build up has more to do with the mesh counts that you are using, stencil thickness and amount of ink being put down.

    Did you use simulated process ?
    Did you use a highlight white?

      Simulated Process: YES
      Highlight White: Only when necessary, depending on the design

    Are you using water based or plastisol? And what type of ink?

      No we use Textac liquid adhesive. It's more effective and doesn't leave the mess.
