A huge crease in the population , thousands of beds were taken out care homes and nursing homes were sold off cheap to the private sector . Some of those have been sold for housing., also cottage hospitals were shut down , a lot more staff have been employed, but if you can’t get people into care or a care package , They’ve given thousands of jobs to their mates , my wife had a couple of days in hospital. We could not fold the care she had from the time we phone the ambulance. The time she was discharged. I had to go to the A&E few years ago the care was exemplary.
No!! The NHS does not need more money! Too many managers who do nothing. Patients waiting hours in A&E while nurses and doctors are spending hours in front if a computer doing online learning to be diverse and green!!! 😤
Unfortunately the A&E departments are treated as walk-in clinics by too many people. All are triaged (checked for medical need) on arrival and if determined to be a low priority they are told so and advised to visit the hospital pharmacy. Many refuse to do this and then complain if they are not seen after 10 / 20 hours. Low priority means you wait as long as necessary as those with a genuine need are always given priority.

Anyone can check the ethnic economic statistics on GOV. Immigrants from af1ka and those from mu$l1m countries earn less than the average Brit and a higher percentage of them are on benefits. 70% of Somalians are on benefits. That's why our public sector is in such a state, importing people with no skills, who can't benefit society, who don't contribute their fair share, but reap the benefits from those who do.
Plenty of "indigenous people" are also reaping the benefits without contributing. That's not the real problem though. The real problem is underinvestment, corruption, cronyism and poor management of resources.

We can stop non-essential immigration tomorrow and fix the problem, disenfranchised people on the dole need a plan and investment to help them. @@elriano1 The stats show that immigrants use the NHS less than "indigenous" people actually. I also don't recognise the term "non-essential" when talking about immigration. i have no idea how the daily mail reporter can sit there sympathizing with this governments victims, while promoting the Tories? have you seen the mail and the express's front pages? despicable!
I feel there might be something significant they are not mentioning
What have these “talking heads” to do with the pressures faced by healthcare and social care? Are they medical professionals? Social workers? They haven’t even touched on the subject and aren’t even critical of the tories for deliberately decimating health and social care.
I tore my knee last year from a fall and on the phone the GP told me to go to A&E (minor injuries). A&E told me to go back to the GP...
The GP said he couldn't treat me until he knew what was wrong so I had to go to A&E....finally got seen but the staff at A&E was treating me like I was wasting their time 😭 it wasn't my fault! I kept getting passed around, all I wanted to do was treat my knee and I tried to go to the GP first 😭🙈
Seems like everyone on this panel is very critical (easy to be critical) but I do not hear any short term, medium term, long term solutions other than throw more money into a bottomless pit. These reporter are part of the problem
ITV have gone socialist just like Sky UK, BBC & channel 4.
Reform is going to streamline managers and diversity jobs..
I saw a documentary where NHS staff have acussed elderly patients of bed blocking. Social care is seriously lacking. There is no respect for social care . Social care deserve an award for keeping the country going during COVID
Mass immigration vote reform
A huge crease in the population , thousands of beds were taken out care homes and nursing homes were sold off cheap to the private sector . Some of those have been sold for housing., also cottage hospitals were shut down , a lot more staff have been employed, but if you can’t get people into care or a care package ,
They’ve given thousands of jobs to their mates , my wife had a couple of days in hospital. We could not fold the care she had from the time we phone the ambulance. The time she was discharged. I had to go to the A&E few years ago the care was exemplary.
If you gave the NHS all the money in the world they would still claim to be skint
We have a friend who was recently taken ill with pneumonia.....he was as far as we can see dealt with very efficiently..

The NHS has already been lifted out of our reach.
We must prioritize the review of the A&E operations flow chart to swiftly address the acute situation by reorganising the way A&E operates in our country. With the population steadily increasing, it is imperative to establish a nationwide mega A&E building. Additionally, it is crucial to retain the doctors we have trained in the UK.

The elderly have paid in th the NHS all their lives, just to be left dumped on a coridor for days is discusting. It's probably gonna take Labour the full term to right the wrongs of the Tories. Probably some would take 2 terms. Really hope people don't let the ROT back in like they did in 2010.
Factually , the NHS IS ( and has been - particularly for the last 2 decades under the Tories ) falling to bits ; and even if Labour does get elected into Government in the forthcoming elections - they will have a Herculean task trying to “ fix” the broke ( & broken ) NHS . I am only a pensioner now , but have given up on my cakes, sweeties, and weekend treats - in order to pay for private health insurance ( this being a real PRIORITY ) : and a serious matter of Life, or Death .

The real problem is underinvestment, corruption, cronyism and poor management of resources.
the NHS waiting times have gone up steadily since 2010. What happened in 2010? Try putting your brain in gear. I'm a cancer patient and the bulk of patients having treatment when I do every three weeks are older white Brits.
@@OrlandoDibiskitt That's obviously true, we have an issue within our domestic population when it comes to people content to sit on the dole, and there needs to be more effort put into getting these people into work and developing skills. But we are importing groups of people who do this at higher rates than our domestic population. We can stop non-essential immigration tomorrow and fix the problem, disenfranchised people on the dole need a plan and investment to help them. One issue has an easy solution - stop them from entering the country, whereas the other requires thought and effort.
@@elriano1 The stats show that immigrants use the NHS less than "indigenous" people actually.
I also don't recognise the term "non-essential" when talking about immigration. People should be free to immigrate whether it is essential or not.. (just so long as they are able to contribute or if they need sanctuary)
Not the point though... The problem is not with those who have the least. (benefit claimants, asylum seekers, immigrants etc..), that is a red herring thrown out to distract people..
The main problem is the 100's of billions being creamed off by the government and their billionaire mates.
Those numbers are laughably neglible. Africans comprise 3,7% of uk population and 5% more of its population receives benefits than indigenous citizens. Those 5% (~120,000 people) are probably covered by taxes on premier league players' wages which are 43% african.
