That is a legitimate question. There is a cultural shock when you move from remote villages to Addis Ababa especially in the past. Please refer biographies or novels about individuals who had cultural shock when they set foot to Addis Ababa for the first time.
He could speak accurately if you want him to speak fluently ,once you started English as an adult it is difficult to get fluency on your pronunciation .consider mine too🤪
