Hey! First of all, the video is awesome. I actually sended it to some friends to play together one day on their place too. That aside, I watched your imaginators video (game is still on its way home) and wondered if you could help me with the excel stuff (akka what did you exactly do there). I already did something similar with swap force but this one takes 100 combinations instead of 64 :(
I've been playing and collection Skylanders since the first game launched in 2011 and have never once regretted it. This series is one of my all time favorites and it makes me overjoyed to see videos like this, unabashedly praising them and made by someone who has a genuine love of the games.
You can complete the entire SSA roster alone for 100 dollars or less if you do some careful shopping around. I think it’s worse it to get into the franchise if you consider it.
I think the price you mentioned sounds reasonable. Probably even less if you're lucky and find someone who wants to get rid of their kids toys in a hurry :)
While I played Spyro’s Adventure, Giants, Super Chargers and Imaginators several years ago (when I first started collecting Skylander characters) I’m just wrapping up SWAP Force now and will be starting Trap Team very soon. I admit that I spent way too much money collecting as many Skylanders as I could…I even have some duplicates…but I’ve really enjoyed playing these games, so to me it was worth it. Thank goodness I got them several years ago before the prices of some of them went through the roof (eg Ro-Bow)!!!
Yes, some characers are extremely sought after and I think it's super cool people are still collecting the figures and playing the games. I bet you are having a great time with the games you missed in your childhood!
@@forrestegan Sorry for making assumptions about your age! I'm just used to most of my audience are within a certain age span. I'll be 38 this year and still enjoy the games :)
Wow, that seems like quite a collection! Imaginators are generally rare where I live too but SuperChargers is a bit more common. Good luck with the rest of your collection and thank you for checking out the video!
I say it’s worth playing the first three games as well as super chargers for content alone for a new player. But trap team is pretty money hungry while imaginators is a boring slop to play through personally.
I have actually enjoyed my time with Imaginators, I like both senseis and the Imaginators themselves a lot. I do of course agree with you regarding the other games you mentioned. If you skip Trap Team and Imaginators, you can save a LOT of money on your collection.
Hey everyone, my question is : I did get a ps4 physical copy of this game , I still haven’t tried the game yet , is it still playable like offline mode or single player mode, does it require a constant internet connection or I should throw the game disk away , does this game still exist and playable in 2023 when you have its disk for ps4 ?
Hi! Sorry for the late reply. You didn't specify which game you bought but regardless of which, it will be playable offline on your PS4 without the need for an internet connection. If the game you bought was SuperChargers or Imaginators, online multiplayer is also still available.
@@ComingCleanGaming thanks for the response, I meant this game that I bought skylanders (imaginators) ps4 disk , does the ps4 disk have any content or story or single player mode to play on ps5 without internet connection or online subscription?
Thank you for watching! Is there a reason for getting into the Skylanders franchise that you come to think of that I didn't mention in the video?

In short, yes
Always loved the videos, and I'd say it's worth it
Your support is much appreciated! And I kinda figured you'd agree with me :D
Great arguments, great video.
Thanks a lot, glad to see people who already play the games also watched the video :)

@@ComingCleanGaming in my ‘childhood’ isn’t exactly accurate, if I had Grandchildren they may have been playing these games when they came out. 🤣

The level designs look awesome in Skylanders, with plenty of variety!!! 😎
Yes, that could have been a point on the list too :)
love your video's!
Thanks a lot! And I appreciate your support very much :)
Started playing and collecting them november last year, missing only superchargers and imaginators for ps3. Can't find them anywhere here in Brazil
I started in December and have trap team and giants completed, I am definitely a long way off from imaginators

Having Trap Team completed is very impressive!
"Feed your confirmation bias" -- you know your audience! 🤣
Haha, yes I figured that was what people wanted to hear :)
Short answer : No. But we do it anyway and love every minute of it😂😂😂.
Very accurate assessment :)

I'd say yes.
Absolutely, me too :)
confirmation bias LETS GO
Im very late but im getting trap team in like 3 day!
Good for you! It's many players favorite, not taking into account the amount of stuff you need for 100%.
I still play skylanders trap team to this day

I have 1-4! would anyone recommend 5 or 6? or should i just collect the figures from those games i don't have?
I’d actually say that game nr 5, SuperChargers is worth investing in. It’s a great game and the figures are usually quite cheap.
