It is ok. I was having Yamaha rds 280 for 6 years...this year i get myself Marine 280..Im using it for recreation diving on breath till 10-12m and it is ok for me. 192cm and 96kg. It give you help to faster reach tbe depth 10-12m..to use les oxigen when you go dovn etc
