The fact that she wrote a book is exactly the reason why someone would have her sign a NDA, otherwise she would've named everybody she's been with. The only reason she changed the names is because of the NDA not because she was above being messy and revealing names.
You can get around NDAs depending on the state rules. I.E of you sign one in New York it has to be reasonable in terms of geographic scope and duration. Celebrates need to be more selective in who they sleep with they know what she on already so they basically entering a situation that can get toxic.
