A Mission for Safe Drinking Water in Hammanskraal

In 2023, Triple-P, in partnership with WaterIcon, launched a critical initiative to provide safe drinking water to schools in Hammanskraal. The first milestone was achieved with the installation of a water treatment solution at Rethabile Primary School, making it possible to use previously contaminated borehole water safely.
Since then, three more systems have been installed, delivering over 6.5 million litres of clean drinking water to four schools by the end of 2024. This effort has positively impacted 5,752 learners and educators, addressing a long-standing challenge in the community.
