You elucidated quite awesome. But one thing, I aspire to draw your kind attention that The driving abstract must be signed and stamped from RTO Officer then it would be accepted in Canada.
Yes, this is very important + please ensure it's a color printout, not a black and white one + take the sign and stamp on a couple of printouts just so you have some backups!

LMIA fee of $1,000 CAD is paid by employer, not you. Work permit costs $155 CAD. You need to bring biometrics and fee for work permit.
