Prayers needed.... My husband and I have been married for 21 years and have been separated for 5 months. I pray for reconciliation every day in that we can mend our relationship and he returns home. Thank you for this prayer. Please pray for Tavel and Damali’s marriage. During the COVID lockdowns we were in separate countries separated for nine months. When I finally made it home and thought we were going to makeup for lost time my husband was distant physically and emotionally. Two months later he started saying he wants to separate. He admits he’s interested in someone else and claims that for years he felt that the marriage was in trouble because he asked me to ignore a person working in my office and I did not. That hurt him as he seems to have trust issues. I did not notice and major issues in the marriage over the years but he was holding on to hatred over a perceived relationship that never happened. I pray that God speaks to his heart because he has become angry, frustrated to others and we now live like housemates, with poor communication . I pray and cry daily from the shock of this situation. God has calmed my anxieties and I thank him.
Paula, I agree with you in Jesus' name. I suggest you continue to show God's unconditional love towards your husband. Do your best to not argue about the situation but show love. Do whatever it takes to earn or show your husband he can trust you as long as what he expects is NOT unrealistic. Do small unexpected things to show your love like you may have when you first met. Try to have conversations about when you both first met...when it is appropriate to help remind him of the "fire" the love that used to burn when you first met.
Most importantly...don't rush it...don't push him and believe in the power of Prayer and how in this time...YOU MUST Trust God.
Heavenly Father, at this moment...I ask for your supernatural hand of favor, protection, and covering for Paula and her husband. Show her ways to love and care for her husband that will draw him closer. Give her the wisdom to know what to do and the courage to trust YOU.
