That's what leaves me most speechless about this quartet, they have probably sung over 100 different songs (covers, original songs, some songs that they only sang at their concerts), apparently they can't even speak English (according to a statement by Mingyu after their USA tour) and yet they can remember all of the lyrics (in so many different languages, e.g. Russian) and don't mix up the lyric to these songs. The amount of work and commitment that these four put into it is great. + I think it's funny how Woo-Rim copies Mingyu's shoulder movements in Shape Of You Thank you for a great Forestella reaction video. I love all of these
In the case of Mingyu, Woorim and Doohoon, fans wouldn't expect any less from them given the fact that they come from the most prestigious and selective music and drama schools respectively (and then there's Hyungho who is just one of those supremely naturally gifted people that makes you go 'God is fair' lol) Mingyu and Woorim are from the country's top music school Seoul National University College of Music (many of Korea's top classical musicians are from there, including legend Sumi Jo). Their training means that they are expected to be able to sing in Italian, French, German and English and maybe some Latin or Greek in close-to-native-like pronunciation. Doohoon is from one of the most prestigious and selective acting programs (Korea National University of Arts's drama school). Funnily enough, he only decided to go to drama school late in his high school years and was said to have applied and auditioned for KNUA on a whim.
Hi.. I think the letter K in Mingyu's name is because in hangul (korean language) the letter ㄱ in his name, 조 민규, can be "k" or "g". Actually the pronunciation is something between k and g. The same is with the letter ㅈ, which can be "j" or "ch".
