Listening to George list all these countries and explain how business unfriendly or problematic they are, makes you realize how amazing America was and is. I get why Elon is so deep into politics and saving America campaign because if it falls, it really sure looks like it's over for prosperity of humanity in general. Moldbug once said: China looks impressive only because of the decline of U.S.
Talks about the R&D tax credits, yet supports Trump who is the one the signed it before leaving office. It only went into effect this year, but it was signed by Trump, and supposedly Trump is the savior of all this mess in George’s eyes? Idiot. Once again, George is talking about things he knows nothing about. His ego makes him think he knows everything about everything after a few Google searches, only because he knows how to program in Python. 😂😂
@@MrEmbrance I did, in fact, listen. I watched the whole video. It's clear which candidate he endorses. He just tries to come off as an "intellectual" by attempting to have a balanced, middle-ground view. He's a Trump sympathizer despite Trump screwing him over on his money. 😂 I also don't need to go back to wherever you're telling me to go because I was never there in the first place. George, crime is often a function of income. Minorities disproportionally live in poorer areas. Therefore, being harder on crime will disproportionally affect minorities more via proxy. It's not that hard to understand. I'm not against police or anything but "being harder on crime" really just means putting more people in jail which is (generally) the wrong blanket approach.

George has a very similar type of thinking like me and I remember when he said a lot of negative things about China back in the days, but I kinda knew he just doesn't know the real China and once he's gonna find out, it's gonna be very funny.. and it is still funny to me as I would expect you would be the very last guy to move to HK (China). But I was the same like 5 years ago, in my mind China was still a manufacturing country living in a post-soviet era. But one day I saw a simple video of Shenzhen and I was literally in shock when I found out China has the most skyscrapers in the world.. and I think that's one of the most important indication of a prosperous country, because it's really difficult to build them above a certain height.. anyway it's like I was living under a rock and all info I knew about China was fake. Over time I did a research and realized like 90% of news about China was actually paid US and UK propaganda and they don't even hold this as a secret and spend billions dollars on this, you can actually find the numbers easily. For example, the Xinjiang situation, the social credit system, the "no freedom of speech", 1984 cameras, the extreme poverty, extreme pollution, bad economic situation, etc.. all fake or very manipulated to spread a negative view on reality. It's actually crazy how they manipulate with data and stats too, for example the global peace index, if you get rid of the idiotic variables setup for China, you will get that China is like the 5th safest country in the world and that's massive, considering how many people they have, but it makes sense when you realize they have like 1 stabbing attack in the whole country per 3 months lol. In reality China is more capitalistic than any other country, has certain democratic processes and I would argue it has more freedom of speech than in the US right now (or at least in the regular daily life talk as people aren't that sensitive and are rather honest and aren't used to obvious lies that are popular in the US). And even if you don't agree about freedom of speech, what about other freedoms? Freedom to exist (and not be shot), to live under the roof (get housing from the government), to move freely (at night, public transport, walkable spaces, parks, etc), to be safe, to be healthy (cheap healthcare), to be financially secure.. most of these seems to be pretty difficult in the US, while in the China it is the norm. Anyway, Hong Kong is cool, but expensive, most people prefer Shenzhen, but it's harder to speak there English than in HK. I think the only guy who can really save the US right now is Elon, meanwhile in China you got army of similar minded guys, so idk.. it's gonna get interesting for sure.
