She seems like a really nice person. And for anybody saying it looks like “a show home” you clearly missed the heartbreaking part where she talks about her dying father living in that room that they have no changed to a family den. Some people have no sensitivity and are so eager to make themselves feel important, they are probably leaving comments before even watching the actual video.
