UK Coach Rally | Part 2: Trade Area

Over the weekend of 13 and 14 April 2024, the annual UK Coach Rally returned to Blackpool, with a display of over 40 coaches from operators across Great Britain, as well as a driving skills and concours d’élégance competition. Join us this week for some views of the driving tests and a walk around the trade display, where manufacturers including Volvo, Scania and Neoplan as well as other suppliers and dealers had a variety of new coaches and minicoaches on display. As I drive a lot for my job, I noticed of late that there's a lot of Mercedes Tourismo coaches ploughing the motorways and seem to be a very common type to operate where a few years ago it seemed to be dominated by the Spanish coach builder Irizar.
