Correction: there is the fourth. Allah said He's also with the "mukminin (people with iman)" (Al-Anfal:19)
Isnt it so that people with any of the above have Imaan? as you cannot have imaan without any of the above mentioned attributes in your heart.

Ali (ra) said, “Verily Sabr is to Iman what the head is to the body. When the head is cut off, the body falls. (He then raised his voice) Verily there is no Iman for he who has no Sabr (patience).”
Yes, I believe you're right. I guess the order should be:
Iman > Sabr > Taqwa > Ihsan
or Sabr+Taqwa+Ihsan = Imaan
Well, Imaan is the foundation. Without Imaan (believe in Allah and His qadr) there is no Sabr. Without Sabr there is no Taqwa (fasting is a practice of Sabr and the goal of fasting in Ramadhan is Taqwa - Al-Baqarah:183). While Ihsan I guess is the highest achievement as it is put last by Jibril in the Hadis about Jibril questions to Rasulullah (PBUH) on Islam, Imaan and Ihsan. Wallahuallam.
