Hi, wouldn't it be much simpler to assign your sequences to elements in the layout view and change their action to "Goto"? You then can omit the quickeys and can open the cue list like in MA2. I.e. the Action Buttons are already there.
Hello Stefan, I would always go the same way and build my Buskin show with sequences in a layout view. However, I had the feeling that a lot of gMA2 users kept asking for action buttons in the gMA3 software. In this video I tried to show you the best way to recreate the action buttons in the gMA3 software. Whether you really want to use it this way is up to you. Personally, I find the possibilities with sequences in Layout View much better and more versatile. However, it is easier and quicker to build the ActionButtons in the Sequence Pool. You just save a few steps compared to creating a LayoutView. I hope that answers your question. Best regards majehrke
Hello AleZakko, I don't know exactly what you want to achieve. You would have to describe to me in more detail what your goal is. Basically, you just have to select a group in the Groups Pool and then you can execute it by clicking on the corresponding preset. If you don't select a group and click twice on a universal or global preset, it will be applied to all devices that are patched and can execute the preset. With selective presets, it is only executed on the devices that are present in the preset. You can also assign buttons to groups and presets. For groups, the button should then have the function “SelectFixtures” and for presets “at” Please try to describe in more detail what you actually want to achieve. Best regards majehrke
@@majehrke thanks for the answer. I mean: coming from Avolites, after created for example a color red preset global (to all my fixtures), if I do a single click all my light change color without selection. On MA3 every preset (color, position, etc), I have to click two times to works: first click the relatives fixture will be selected; secondi click to execute the preset. I know that working or busking on fly inside the programmer isn't the best way to follow, but it's a really save timer instead create a single sequence (or recipe) to every preset created. If you search for example on Avolites video tutorial how the pallets (preset) works, you can understand quickly:)

Can you fire up a preset (for example a global color) with a single click?
