Aaron Jones is also an excellent receiver and in my opinion was under-utilized in that role when Sam wasn't able to get to his deep reads in time. Can you imagine if Fran had Chuck and Aaron to throw to?
Zero chance Russ goes to Las Vegas. No one knows better that his best years are behind him than Pete. Carroll is looking for the NEXT young Russell Wilson.
JJ really isn’t that small. I think he’s 6’3. There was a pic of him and Dallas turner together at the rookie media day and they looked really close in size
Jurgens might be a viable center as he was working with JJ all offseason. Though I might argue dispite Bradbury being bad, having an experienced center in the offense might be good with a rookie QB
I've been on a Treyveon Henderson kick and really, REALLY, like his game. Almost like a Aaron Jones 2.0, little bigger, little faster, little more patient.
@@chessmaster1115 I was watching some of Skattebo and I think he'll be a slow Danny Woodhead. He ain't bouncing off NFL linebackers and safeties like he did at ASU but he can still be very effective.
@@lskynard87 that’s my big thing with jeanty is so much of his yards come after contact and it’s very weak contact I just don’t see him being that guy in the nfl
Gonna say it like a broken record player: We have the agile backs, and im SURE we get them all back on a deal. We need to draft or pick up in FA our FB/Bully back, something like a Kleinsasser or Alstott, to help with pass blocking in the back field and crushing through on short yard plays. Ham is still good enough to keep on a budget, as he's getting older, but he knows the system and is a leader. I believe Chandler has this year to break through and be the bridge of the styles of the RB/FB room (lean, agile in AJ and Akers/bully in Ham + new back), but he needs to put in the work ! If not, we need to find THAT back.. (aka Barkley, Jacobs, Gibbs🤢🤮, Chubb (especially pre injuries!).. I think Chandler has potential for immense growth, but we can't wait up for him forever 🤷 unless AJ retires with us after this upcoming year, then the 2 agile backs could be Akers and Chandler, but regardless we'll still need the bridge back 🤷 that's my take on the RB/FB room situation, sorry for the extended take lol.
I mean the sample backs you mentioned are fairly special guys. The issue is CJ is capable of carrying the ball on short yardage but KOC doesn’t use him. So what’s the point on brining in a guy like that if that’s not what KOC uses outside of blocking? Cam gives me some worry he could be like Mattison a good spell back but not dynamic enough as a lead.
I know the last 2 games Darnold stunk. There is a large void of competent starting qbs in the league. If the Vikes tag him could the rest of the nfl turn up their noses or is there some value to trade him?
I think the issue is he hasn’t improved in the run game. We give him a break because he is decent in pass protection, but I think we need to be looking for someone that can do both reliably
honestly when i watch interviews and other online footage of Risner talking.. i just get a weird vibe. idk how to describe it. maybe disingenuous? i think there are reasons outside his play why he isn't in demand.
I'd have him back as a contingency. Make the other guys clearly outperform Risner in both aspects to get the starting job. You keep Risner beating down their necks and as a competent backup, but like Ingram, let them know that if they don't perform, there's a vet one year guy who will take over and be meh.
With the exception of O'Neill and Darrisaw I'm done with all the other veteran o-linemen.
Keeping Brandel and Risner as backups would be ok. Try Jurgens at center and get 2 good guards is what I want.
Aaron Jones is also an excellent receiver and in my opinion was under-utilized in that role when Sam wasn't able to get to his deep reads in time. Can you imagine if Fran had Chuck and Aaron to throw to?
JJ and Gink look a lot like Jay and Silent Bob. 😂
Jay and silent Bob if they made good choices in life.
Im stoked for nxt yr

Makes me think he'll go after Fields in FA then trade down in the first and draft Milroe.
Let Russ Cook
@@lskynard87I think it is Russ to Vegas and Justin gets 2 years 40 million from the Steelers
I could see Pete wanting Sam Darnold
I was thinking the same thing about the Bills going to the SB and losing😅. Good to see there are others thinking the same.
Don't sleep on the RBs in UDFA.
Some morning I will wake up and we will have a guard.
I agree. Anything but the Eagles
Savion Williams is the guy! He's the best shiftiest rb/we combo in the draft, a mix of coordarelle Patterson and deebo but with good hands
skattebo is gonna be big in the NFL im calling it, we should pick him up
What's he good at? I don't watch collage football
I don’t know if he really fits our scheme.
JJ looks big next to our 6'4" 243 lb DE. Probably still growing.
JJ really isn’t that small. I think he’s 6’3. There was a pic of him and Dallas turner together at the rookie media day and they looked really close in size
Everyone talking about how we need an OG.. we need a dang center!!
Jurgens might be a viable center as he was working with JJ all offseason. Though I might argue dispite Bradbury being bad, having an experienced center in the offense might be good with a rookie QB
Vikes need an O-Line more than a RB.
Agreed. We could get away with Akers, jones, and chandler or even chandler and Akers. If we don’t fix the line it won’t matter who is back there
I don't t want the Bills to win it before us, C'on lol So KC/Wash!!!
Can't wait to see Kwesi cook
Gink got them 4's on. Hell yeah brother!
I just don’t get how jeanty is being seen as the clear top running back, Sampson Hampton and skattebo all seem just as good if not better

Deone Walker is a freak. Would be a great pick

Skattebo I like a lot
My turn to coach soon…
Jeanty ain’t the best running back in the class
I think Kaleb Johnson is the clear #2 back in this draft
Risner need to b the center

Are even better the bills win the superbowl and the curse is lifted off us
Is there any hype about great te in draft. Hock, Oliver and stud rookie would be deadly
I really hope Flopatrick mahomes doesn't win. But because I don't want it, chiefs will be in the super bowl.

I still think we bring back Wyatt Davis. He never truly got a fair shot & looked good every time he was on the field. Even as just a backup
