Nice scape. To me the scape does quality as Brazilian for the use of coloured stems as a lining layer behind the rocks. But the sense of diorama which Brazilian is known for is missing in this scape. The diorama is usually created with layering of rock work and some nice shadows.
Agreed with your constructive criticism. Frankly this was my first attempt at Brazilian style. The width and height ratio (1.5 ft by 2 ft) was also making it little difficult to create layers
Hi, why aeration is required in a planted tank? If we aerate the tank then CO2 in the water will deplet leading to less CO2 availability for plants? Could you plz elaborate?
Hi Chetan, good question. Air pumps and CO2 should NOT be running together. But once the CO2 is off and lights are off, aeration needs to be there to feed filter bacteria with oxygen
Good observation. Actually ADA 120 H has a rather odd dimensions of 120 cm by 45 cm by 60 cm (H) which makes it difficult to create depth. Still we tried. Do keep watching. We have more coming. Thanks.

We used about 120 Kg Frodo Stones in this tank
