Chicken No Tortilla Soup

Hey y’all! Here’s another easy and delicious recipe…chicken no-tortilla soup. So yummy and perfect for this cold weather we’ve been getting.
Ingredients (with rough estimates):
2 chicken breast
1 packet of Sazon
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 small onion
1 red bell pepper
1/2 tablespoon of garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning blend
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
4 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of water
1 can of seasoned diced tomatoes (I used Hunts)
1 can of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can of fire roasted corn (drained)
A drizzle of heavy cream
Toppings:
Shredded cheese
Sour cream or Greek yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
Jalapeños
Avocado
Lime
Parsley or cilantro (I used parsley)
Serve with a crusty baguette or cornbread!
