The fact that she can switch so easily while still keeping up is pretty impressive in addition to just doing it at all. But it's probably also a bit of coping with the situation that she still can't do it as properly as she wants. It's not that viewer could really notice and more a personal thing. Pretty common (as in: I don't know a single person who isn't sleeping on the top of mount stupid who is unaffected by this branch of impostor syndrome) and fits with her displayed personality.

I haven't heard her sing this low, this well, for a long time. It's nice to hear although she's still running out of breath on occasion. I hope it's a sign of her recovering, it seems like she's been struggling ever since she had trouble getting her meds, just one thing after another knocking her back. But she's Ironmouse so she gets back up more times than Batman.

She is much more confident and just... Happy. That is the best way I can describe it. She is just so happy these days. As a dancer (and thus someone who works with lots of talented singers) you'd be amazed with the range good singers actually have. One guy I worked with on 2 different musicals named Charles was cast as the beast in beauty and the beast and max bialystock in the producers. So I saw him with a deep, gruff voice, belting out powerful songs as the beast, then singing much higher and nasally as a washed up Jewish producer.
