I just made this recipe after watching the video several times. It is so delicious and the chicken is so soft and juicy. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Tapioca flour or tapioca starch is sold near the corn flour or corn starch. It is also sometimes labeled as cassava flour. It does not contain gluten so combined with the cornstarch it provides for a better light crust.it does not get thick/ soggy later like when plain flour is used. However, if you can’t find it you can use plain flour instead.👍
In UK and other countries cornstarch is called cornflour, not to be confused with corn flour-finely ground cornmeal-that is used to make corn tortillas and commonly found in the Southern United States.) ....In the US it is mostly referred to as Corn Starch In Singapore it is labeled corn flour (pagoda pure corn four for example)
