Hello, could you help me? I recently rebuilt the top of my gpr 1300. But it got a fault code 54 (in the deceleration turns on the injection light and code 54 appears). But jet ski goes normally. How to solve it?
Quicker than I can do it, building mine today. Question, I bought new crank and forged Pistons. Piston size same as ones removed..160 psi all 3 before rebuild...shop said bearings were going out...specs say .10-.15 mm play between cylinder and piston, I have .24 ! Do you know if measurement can be taken with piston in bore, or do you need rings installed for measurement?
You can measure the cylinder with the pistons installed. You would just need to spin the engine to move the piston down. To measure the piston, you need to remove it.
This guy doesn't have a clue he didn't put the new upgraded loverlinks on the power valves the old ones the pain will fall out and destroy the motor he didn't put any sealant on the gaskets that go underneath the cylinders and that's just to name a few
The exhaust has its moments
I need to replace the starter motor. Do I have to pretty much strip everything down? Can i just remove the exhaust?

I put new links. And I used gaskets for the cylinders. Not sealant
Salut à tous comment supprimer le catalyseur merci
You have to remove the power valve motor mount to get the pipe on in one piece ! Saves heaps of time and pain .
