How to Add Plus Sign (+) Before Positive Number in Excel (Easy Custom Formatting Trick)

In this video, I will show you how to easily add a plus sign (+) before positive numbers in Excel.
By default, when you add a plus sign before a number, Excel would remove it (as it considers it redundant). But in some cases, you may actually need the plus sign - for example, when you're entering numbers with country code.
This can easily be done using a simple conditional formatting trick.

how expect from + in front if the number in huge for example now in general shows the number 194,500 without the plush in front but when I do with the plush in front it shows +194500. How I make it to show +194,500???

What about costum format, with keeping zero number in back off three decimal point number. Ex 3,780, the zero on the back is usually cant show.
