I noticed they reworded the azaps counter strike I'm assuming they no longer count as a charge when counterstriking because if it still works like that then the charge hitting 2 targets and other such docs would be good.

Charge target+1 doctrine makes counter strike target add +1hit?if so, it's good.

azaps will very strong in tier 4 battle

I don't test vs all units. Yeah it can deat tier 4 and all pole-arm units easily.
