That 2nd ability of teleporting people near him possibly has another move where instead of teleporting people near him, sasuke will teleport himself near people like he comes behind naruto. Also I believe orb could be swapped if the writer wants to write that in the story but my opinion is that orbs do not move out of their orbit unless the user of orbs move them himself.

After Black Zetsu intervened in the flow of the story, the chakra loses its meaning in the eyes of the viewers, the concept simply cannot be seen anymore, as if the viewers lose focus on the original setting of the story because also the battles themselves in certain scenes put it on the same level as Dragon Ball Z. So confused lol 😂
