Chow Gar - Saam Bo Gin in Hong Kong

During my trip to Hong Kong in May 2023, I did practice in several places. With this short clip I am reminiscing to this places and sessions.
Saam Bo Gin or Three Step Arrow Punch is the signature core form of Chow Gar Tong Long. It is a Chi Kung exercise rather than a classic from of techniques. It is very powerful, strengthens the whole body, builds power and stamina, connects the whole body and makes it very efficient. It has different versions, both soft and hard. As we say it is the beginning and the end of the system.
This video is part of my Back To Hong Kong series, in which I am summing up my best and most important experiences of my trip.
We are also looking to hold Chi Kung (Qi Gong) workshops.
The morning sessions will teach this form.
Afternoon sessions will involve hard Chi Kung (Qi Gong).
Finally evening sessions will involve the equally beneficial Guided Meditation course elements.
