- In this video I talk about the late breaking news regarding Beckett (aka CBCS) filing a restraining order and injunction against current Comic Book PSA Head Grader Mark Wilson and employee West Stephan. Apparently they are being accused of breaking the NDA and bring grading secrets to psa including SUBGRADES which apparently CBCS has been working on this year. This is an UPDATE about the Injunction that Stephan agreed to for ONE YEAR.
What do you guys think about all of this?

What's the most common winning investment strategy for a new beginner
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. I suggest Miss Donna Patricia Hester is extremely good on that. She is really good on what she does, Now I can pay so many bills because of her help.
This is correct, Donna's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it’s a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started.
Donna is considered a key Crypto Strategist with one of the best copy Trading Portfolios and also very active in the cryptocurrency space.
I watched countless trading vids and still encountered many failures until Donna started managing my trades
Now they yield about $13000 weekly
Man, what a messy situation. PSA should just throw out the entire Sub Grades idea, no one wants that anyway. Let CBCS have it all to themselves and sink the company with it. Kinda weird though if Wilson loses the fight and has to wait a year before working in a career related job.
Immediate went to Mark Wilson’s son’s RUclips channel to see if he made another rage video
You said “another,” implying that he’s already made at least one rage video. Is that true? I blocked that channel from allowing RUclips to suggest it’s videos to me. What is the name of that channel? I don’t remember but I’m curious to check it out.
I’m sure he was sent a C&D 😂
@@johnnydropkickstwo
@@OJ_Pimpson Thanks. I remembered his name was Dave and his dad’s last name is Wilson, so I looked up the name of the channel, found it, and watched the videos. That dude is doing himself or his dad a disservice by yapping about an ongoing case. He’s such a buffoon.
Dave had every right to be mad. Paul Lesko was telling blatant lies on this channel about his dad. Why wouldn’t he be mad?
Getting one co-defendant to take a deal and flip on the other co-defendant, a tale as old as time. Thanks for the update. It will be very interesting to see how this impacts PSA's timeline
I personally think subgrades would benefit. We all know that not all 9.8 are the same and I would like to know if my 9.8 for example had good centering or if it was not the best corners there's a reason why that exists in sports cards
I bet he wishes he had printed that grid... Why oh why did he email it.
He thought changing the subject to "Not important stuff..." would slip right past them.
Or how about a good old digital camera? Not connected to any Internet device. There’s a lesson in here for all of us.😂
@@vincentauricchio6336 I mean, its a grid...i could spin around in my chair and memorize it with one pass.
So Stephan is heading to CGC?
I dont understand this big deal about sub grades, a canadian grading company CPS does subgrades already.
It's more of what their version of sub grades is and their process on how they go about it. It's like pepsi and coke. Both area Cola beverage but do it different with their own processes and recipes
Subgrades? 9.8 is the only thing most peple even care about. Staple Grade rusty 1.0 to like new 9.8. Paper grade Brittle .5 to White 10. Centering of cover way off 2.0 to perfectly alined 10. Coupon cut 4 is .5 to 0 which is a 10. I could go on and on. I hate graded books enough already so this would have me hate it more.
It’s easier for PSA to just move forward and hire someone else as their head grader, and implement the sub grades anyhow. This is the unfortunate world of the NDA, it just affects the individual
All these comic drama stories is like Days of Lives.. Whooooooo cares!!!!!!!!!
A lot of mumbo jumbo who cares what theses dudes doing it’s all shady shit jus keep your comics raw 😊
it is not only the subgrades it is about the grading methodology, and it doesn't look good for them to be sending documents to their personal accounts in the las days at the company
Is that the same Mark Wilson that restored comics?
I don’t want subgrades on my slabs at all. Grader notes are more than enough. Also, sub grades are not a trade secret. That’s like cgc saying the .05-10.0 scale grading scale is a trade secret. At least 3 or 4 other card grading companies have used sub grades already.
It isn't the use of sub grades, it's the system in which the sub grades are calculated and weighted against one another to determine a final grade - the overall grade is not a simple average of the four sub grades.
I have no interest in sub grades. Hard pass.
Your genuine shock over the word "servants" is priceless
Def not looking good.
9ers? Really?
Good stuff!
Isn’t there a non-compete?
It is my understanding that with sub-grades, if there is a clear deficit for a particular sub-grade, it brings down the overall grade. Therefore, I don't believe a person could have a 9.8 overall grade if corners had a sub-grade of 9.0. What is more likely to happen is that a person could have a 9.8 overall grade with corners having a sub-grade of 9.9 or 10, but with other sub-grades around 9.6 to 9.8.
Swaggle! What about subgrades on signed book autographs? How do people feel about that? I think an earlier or cleaner Stan Lee would be more desireable/valuable than a later/messier looking Stan... maybe? Just a thought. Going to the collectors summit?!
thanks for doing this
Thank you for this update. Highly interesting and informative. Appreciate it
The supreme court has already signaled they favor no bid contracts.
And the million dollar part of the case?
Yeah I’m not in favor of less information. Put it in the QR code sure. But to leave out detached cover, detached centerfold, married pages etc is frankly idiotic
Sub-grades being a "trade secret" is laughable
the algorithm that calculates an overall grade based on different weight being given to different categories that also depends on the grade range of said categories would be a trade secret. The overall grade BGS assigns to a card for example is not simply the average of the four subcategory grades.
It's like coke and pepsi. Both are Colas and there are many more but their process and recipe us their own trade secret. If someone from pepsi went to a new start up soda company and pepsi found out about the emails..... this is what's essentially going on to a degree
@@fourcolorinvestments8378 there's no mention of any algorithms, proprietary blends, etc, other than standard subgrades. Could be wrong though
