Avocado peeling and pitting test is one of the quality control procedures before delivery. The machine is customized for a French client who needs to peel the avocado fruits and get clean pulp in chunks. So the avocado seeds are not protected to be complete when we design this set of machine.
However, some clients may need complete avocado seeds for nursery purposes. To achieve this requirement, SIMEC will adjust the design, homogenize the peeling and pitting mechanisms. Fruit positioning pins will not contact the seeds. The separators will not hurt the seeds, either.
