I like the way they’ve taken the vehicle settings onto the infotainment system. You view and set them on the little screen between the speedo and Rev counter on ours. Bit fiddly and I’m always a bit worried I’ll snap the plastic knobs you use to navigate the settings. Think I prefer the 2022 nose to the new one. It has more attitude! 😊
It's too low. It should have been repositioned higher. Those engineers from Suzuki should have asked the owners what could be improved, and after, to implement the changes. Myself and wife, finding the current position of the screen to be incorrectly positioned, as you have to take your eyes from the road to check on the screen.
There is no nees to look at the screen when you are driving. Also even if it would be higher you would still need to look off the road to look at the screen.
Our 2022 model is passing the Devon pothole test just fine. It has the 17 inch wheels and they def smooth things out. I agree, the screen is a bit low, but we’ve got used to it now. On the plus side, it isn’t distracting! Ours was a Covid car so the factory fitted it with a Pioneer head (no sat nav) that is much better than the normal stock item.
The thing is: this generation of Suzuki Vitara needs to be replaced, it looks old, no matter if the front or the screen is new, the car still looks old. On the other hand, this is a reliable and very strong car. I was the owner of a Grand Vitara several years ago and I can certificate that. I love the Suzuki cars. 🚙😉👍
I just bought a 2022 Vitara SZT mild hybrid and love it. I think the design is super practical and kind of iconic. The driver aids are fantastic (especially coming from a 2005 Octavia) and we’ve been getting 49mpg on mixed driving. Managed 58 on one long, steady run. Reviewers often seem to moan about ‘hard plastics’ on the dashboard, but to me they’re durable and easy to clean. Suzuki seems to have concentrated on the practical engineering, which is probably why the cars are so reliable and cheap to run. I’m a fan!
Nice video, yes, for Vitara it’s time to be replaced by a new model but still a car I would buy, because I like it. Now it has all the useful technology and the infotainment is decent. I’m just surprised they didn’t think to show the outside temperature in any display…

Is possible update infotainment?

There is on my model 2023 ❤
What function has the MODE switch on the steering wheel? I hoped suzuki banned this stupid stoneage sticks from the cockpit.
It scrolls through the inputs on the entertainment system.
Omg suzuki, 2005. was almost 20 years ago. What a dumb brand
This "dumb" brand will drive you much further and more reliable than majority of "smart" brands... dumb f*ck
