singapore costs is too high,will not look good if costs keep rising. If i am an investors, i look at costs as it can kill your profits...we have to be real.
it sounds more like the threat of human overpopulation rather than the widely worded climate, but I see over next 5 years, will be more stagnancy, AI is low cost and will replace many human jobs, meanwhile the displaced humans will not have income to keep consuming, leading to cut back in hiring of production workers. the move to cheaper and cheaper just leads to a downward spiraling of the economies.
So many great opportunities, how come I don't see these opportunities passed on to retrenched staff and middle aged? How come all move to young ones and so strict in degree name to qualify for the roles? Where's the effective job training for transformed careers?
