Steps:
- When you lock the JBL flip 5 speakers none of the buttons can be pressed.
- To lock the speaker you need to hold down on the bluetooth and the volume up button simultaneously.
- Keep holding them down until the speaker makes a noise and a light appears around the power button and bluetooth button.
- The power indicator light will also light up pink on the right and bluish white on the left.
- If you try to press any button now it wont press, even the power button is locked.
- To unlock the speaker you need to tap the power button three times in quick succession and then hold the button down.
- You have to do this quite quickly.
- Keep holding the button down until the speaker turns off.
- You can then turn the speaker on like normal and it will be unlocked.
