The answer for 6th question(2016) is a 16:13 because they are asking only the ratio of basic pay and not the total salary so 12:11 is not the answer

@@ManojMzN total salary = basic pay +allowances like DA , travelling allowance , house rent allowance , etc , we receive the total salary after deduction of TDS, PF etc
