So glad I saw him six times. Simply a genius
A truly remarkable musician and man! Very self critical but so very generous to so many.
Truth is most musicians should be more critical.
@@andym28 Allan was especially self critical, to the point where it was self destructive.
God of the gods of the guitar
A beautiful Human Being.....Miss you Al
Thanks for sharing this!
A true humble gentleman... with a wry and self deprecating sharp sense of humor. One of a kind is an understatement....
I spoke with Allan at a gig he was on in a small club in the UK, back in the 80s...he chatted about brewing beer and cycling rather than music!
Grazie Allan per tutta la musica bellissima che ci hai lasciato, rimarrai sempre nel mio cuore
You do it very very well Allan. RIP.
Nice interview!
This is a great video! Please put out more like this if there’s any !
whats not to like about this guy, nice, talented, interesting, many interests..,sad he's not around.
Pure class
You’ll never know all there is to know in music but guys like Allan saw more of its nature than most…speaking of which his playing is truly a force of nature.
thanks jim hall
