We literally knew for months now that the Chant didn't exist until after Sukuna made the binding vow of Chanting, Handsign and Direction Pointing in the future to be able to fire the first World Cutting Slash without any HANDSIGN (the only requirement to use the non-nerfed World Cutting Slash)
