A lot of people misinterpret this. George isn’t saying that man made climate change isn’t real. If you would like to explore more of George Carlin, I recommend his speech about the language of politics. Obviously it pertains to American politicians, but I'm sure you will still find it relevant and entertaining.
Despite what he is saying, the underlying message can also be the opposite of the stated words imply. George was a writer first, then performed the material.
And if you want to hear the other side of him, check out his bits on religion and especially his bit on abortion. He rips conservatives a new one, too.
Humans don’t want to save the planet, they want to save themselves. And we believe We are the planet. We got ego😂😂. George Carlin was a highly intelligent man with a political conscience who leaned left. This routine is over 30 years old. Science has recently warned that we've entered the 6th great mass extinction event in Earth's history. Vertebra animals are now dying at a rate estimated at 114x faster than the overall background rate. George's comedy was grounded in facts and reality. I believe that if he was alive, his comedy would sear anti-environmentalists and the madmen running the natural world into extinction.

Clouds control the climate, cosmic rays control the clouds, the sun controls cosmic rays. The Co2 levels now are at almost 0.03, if they go lower than 0.02 plant life will start to die off. Global climate change is a scam for control of the population, by forcing populations to use electricity it controls their movement. Not to mention the electrical grids of the world cannot handle the amount that would be required. I believe in respecting the planet and doing our best to care for it, but this will wipe 3rd world countries and people below the poverty line off the map. Stop being suckers and think for yourselves, I refer you to books like Animal Farm or 1984 for reference on how this is all about control and not the "environment."

its true though, we're not saving the planet, we're saving our own future on the earth
you dears have such a wonderful energy together. TY so much for chasing Prof carlin! ♥
Ello Sophie!!😀
A philosopher and a prophet
Think about how long ago he said this and it still applies
George uses comedy to disguise philosophy
And if you want to hear the other side of him, check out his bits on religion and especially his bit on abortion. He rips conservatives a new one, too.
Wow, your first pause was in the middle of a joke at the beginning of the ending rhyme lol.
Humans don’t want to save the planet, they want to save themselves. And we believe We are the planet. We got ego😂😂. We believe we are the most important thing on this planet so we need to be saved even if it means hurt everything else on this planet.
We have to understand that if time was linear, our civilization will be a single heart beat in the planet earth life span
More George Carlin please
Try reacting to why bees are so important so Aiden understands. Without them... It would be devastating to iur species..
You're a loonie.

George Carlin would be considered right of center by todays standards. Leftism has been hijacked by extremists
Not sht we can do about it. You’re who he’s talking out 😂 go save the world from a natural cycle then I guess. Or tie yourself to a tree in front of a bulldozer in Brazil….arrogance of some people…
watch life after people and how fast it over takes itself
I always called him professor Carlin
One of the best to ever do it!
the earth has been here billions of years it will out live us by a few more billions
Carlin was not just intelligent, he was classified as a genius due to having a 140 IQ
Yeah 25 species seems like a lot... until you realize there are over 500 000 insect species alone. And there is tons of microscopic species too.
His misanthropic ways were absolutely correct and he was the greatest.
Also the bloke reminded me of someone for a while and I finally got it Christopher Guest in this is spinal tap
Hello Sophie 👋
So fun , this reaction " team" ....is exactly what he speaks about. They do really react on such a thing as hair ????? We are a dying race , and they talk about a ponny tail ????? Not a word about ,war , hunger , f*ckt up season's , flooding, hurricane's , dry out's ,diseases ,virus , mutation's , and the fact that evolution is always going on , and that evolution is called mutation....they are slowly dying ....while talking about a ponny tail ???? Let the evolution speed things up.
I think the world is coming together
Problem is: too little, too late.
