I have to disagree with your part at 2:40. While a new character is harder to get, thats the only difference between a new chars card pack and the custom one. For a new player it would be a lot better to go for custom because of the SSR's you can choose for the rate up list. When youre a beginner and need weapons and/or characters of different elements that is a much better way to go about it in my opinion rather than just have a 0.2% higher rate for 1 SSR character
