hi! my pet bird was living in a awful situation before I got her. she was 4 months old when she came to me and she's extremely scared of me. I've been regularly talking to her and tried to get my hands near her but she's still scared of me and either hisses are runs away.
but when I get her out she might come to me asking for food (if she sees me eating), but other than that she will always run away and in panic.
what do you suggest I should do?

While you're eating at the table have some millet there for her too. When she gets used to eating with you then try holding it in your hand until she eats it out of your hand. Do this little by little until she is tame.

@@blizzardgumtree5012 hi! seems ridiculous but she's extremely attached to me now. so what I did was this: I let her out and she starts walking around the house. when she gets tired she comes up to me and sits on my lap and perchs. a couple of days later she accepts pets and now she's being a really nice and well behaved kid. thanks for the tip tho!
