The location for this short piece - the Chapel - is in the heart of the Gothic Palace, formerly part of the
Islamic enclosure, which was altered to meet the needs of the monarchs of Castile in the mid-thirteenth century. Its austere medieval vaulted spaces were decorated during the Spanish Renaissance with rich tiled skirtings, which date from the latter half of the sixteenth century.
Did you know that world-famous guitarist John Williams and filmmaker Christopher Nupen studied classical guitar together and that Andrés Segovia was their teacher? I do not agree, I am studying this piece and I am listening to many different version of this marvelous piece, of course it is just my opinion, John Williams here didn't use some bass lines (that are written in the music score) to simplify the music and generally he played too much staccato for the entire piece, I prefer way more David Russel version, you can find the entire suite played by David. Again, just my opinion, music is subjective and John Williams is an incredible guitar player.

@@jaydenkenney5281 I personally changed only 1 note in my own version which is a relative major so I did not make lot's of "damages", I only arranged the fingering at my way. The problem is that Bach wrote those basses lines and is not fair especially if you are John Williams to not play it, I understand that in that way is more easy to control but still it's not what Bach wrote and we are talking about the biggest composer ever.
