dont go for extra lives cause usually if you died you used your best equipment already and would be screwed regardless
That depends if you lose withgood equipment or just using low tier things
i can win the first 2 islands every time with pipsqueaks and either snipers or heavys/rifle pips and you have so many troops at that points you can steam roll
This is one of the most criminally underrated games.
also you usually want to check out mission info tab. it will tell you how long the wave is and a map of build points
In a weird way this makes me want to play Command and Conquer again. Although you can see obvious influences of this in / from Guns up as well.
This is one of my favorite idle games. It's just really straight forward.
Another random thought, I miss chain of command. For those not familiar, it was a multiplayer isometric infantry squad game from the 90's. Each player in the match controlled an individual Soldier on a four Soldier Squad. One of if not the very first online multiplayer games I ever played. I wish someone would revive it.

Shortest Trip to Earth isn't actually all that hard. It just has meta-progression loops that are kinda short for the first couple.
If you do the "get more meta progression per run" upgrades a few quick runs, things are much more manageable.
Just got to wrap your head around that, and a couple of other concepts, like swapping out modules based on your current needs, because you never have enough module slots.
I think I erred on the side of a few extra shield modules, early on?
That plot twist of there’s 4 islands! I didn’t even notice. Lmaooo. It would be nice to see more of this

If your looking to figure out how to 3D model I would highly recommend giving Blender a shot as previously mentioned, and look up some tutorials on the platform itself, not on sculpting but just on the general usage of the platform, because once you know that you can do just about anything on there with a basic understanding of the platform.

drones recharge after you use em all. best for elite units and vehicles. looks like they doubled the range of the turrents from when the game launched

Hey, if your looking for a software for getting the art style you mentioned, Crocotile is a good 3D tilebased software for that sort of thing. It's an indie software that has some promise. Sprytile is a blender addon with similar functionality

Wanderbots if you want to get into 3D modeling in this style I highly recommend block bench, it's a free 3D modeling software designed for Minecraft but can be used for your personal needs too, no download necessary either, their website works just as well as their software
I think the art is called Voxels and its just like minecraft, you just build each "Brick" one at a time and make a model.

Wonder! Your cash doesn’t generate faster when you buy into the cash upgrade. That upgrade only increases the amount of cash you get when clicking on the cash button

all you would need would be blender due to you being able to use the texture paint tool inside of blender to texture the model
Yeah rushing for rank 2 is the best use of combat points, makes you the most money in the long run.

I used to play this game with a "top off" method until I discovered that this doesn't work with the game's tug of war nature. In essence it's better to cash out, create big squads, let the squads die and then just create new squads instead of trickling out reinforcements.

This game is completely broken for me on ps4. I was having a good time, then suddenly my pipsqueak guys stopped letting me spawn them. I restarted the game, re-installed it, reset my system, tried all different settings... still does it. It's making the game almost unplayable.

You are gonna need to play this game alot in order to truly be a pro at it.
just do the tutorial before streaming.
