I'd say you didn't give him enough nukes, next time try 10 annihilasers 50 astroids and about 200k nukes, then you have a very slight chance of getting him, and instead of all spread out have them all target him exactly. Otherwise you might miss and we all know that 1 nuke totally don't bring enemy commanders down to 5%... and only does .0000000010% damage. sooooo yaaaeaaey you didn't get him.

In Planetary Annihilation Titans, the concept of overkill is considered a myth, all you need is enough nukes to form a hula-hoop around an entire star.
I'm impressed the system could even handle it that far. I backed the game but haven't played it yet.
