Galen, a Greek physicist from 150 AD, did not have that in mind when he defined the term, for this sort of joke originated in the 1990s. Not only that, I don't believe he would be thinking of how it would sound in modern English either, which was still developing even in the 14th century. Although one may argue that due to his travels, he may have learned terms in languages that could be pieced together into the phrase in modern English, it cannot be said that he believed the words, "sugō," the Latin word for suck, and "sárkōma", the Greek word for flesh sounded alike.
Sorry for the rambling, but it's just unfortunate how they ended up sounding similar. It's not anyone's fault.

I think "Evil Space Wizard Emperor" fits the arrogant, gloating, rambling, overly creative archetype that the A.I. antagonists have so far adhered to.
...And he could electrocute people with a regular taser gun, rather than magic powers.
I'm so desperate to see this project realized, that I'm even prepared to create an "Evil Space Wizard" voice reel, if that's what it would take to make this a reality.

Have you considered doing a 3-party AI invasion, whether it’s Napoleon vs George vs Chat or Doug vs Napoleon/George vs Chat?
I assume he's considered it, but it's not a great idea. Novel AI really struggles to keep track of more than 2 characters per scene. You put at least 3 into one and their traits and allegiances and so on will start to randomly change because the AI just gets confused. If Novel AI was a bit more potent, it'd be fantastic, but it isn't quite ready for that yet
But then how about running 3 sessions at once; Twitch vs each, and one between themselves?
Or do the AI require too much power as I've tripled it's data

As much as I love these videos, it is really boring and annoying how easily chat wins but (aside from creating a semi-proper game) I do not know how it could be fixed.
Well this time it kinda happened because George's plans were often phrased using words like 'tried' and 'attempted' while twitch chat plans were often phrased like they actually happened. This led the AI to ignore George's plans and expand on the Twitch chat plans.
