Carrot Cake 🥕 | Aromatic & Filling 😊

Recipe for Carrot Cake:
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
125g Sugar
A pinch of Salt
20g Desiccated Coconut
Orange Peel (from 1 orange)
250g Carrots + 80g Oil (blended together)
125g Flour
30g Corn Starch
10g Baking Powder
30g Walnuts
How to make:
Follow the video and have fun! Just remember to bake your cake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/4 Gas Mark for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown!
