This song bangs beyond comprehension. Brand of sacrifice definitely kings of funny noises, love that a berserk themed band has exploded like this in deathcore.
This is what slaughter to prevail needs to do. That real mick Gordon type sound to elevate their music. I liked the sound and talent on Kostolom, but the songs need some spice like this. Really great track
I agree with basically everything you said, the only thing I would add is that I wish they had also done more with that creepy vocal effect towards the end. Have you checked out the new single from Graphic Nature? It’s a banger!
i totally feel you but i have to say this song gets better with every listen. especially the synths on the chorus. this feels so cyberpunky/doom style to me and i love it
Yeah agreed would’ve been sick if they kept the doom-like synths going throughout the verses (chorus was awesome) and then had a more emphasised and different breakdown to usual including those nice shouty/chanty vocals at the end AND with the doom synths?
I wasn't feeling the other singles and I was very skeptical about this one too but I was pleasantly surprised and was glad that this didn't have clean singing because on Exodus those cleans felt too out of place compared to the rest of the song for my liking but weirdly the cleans on Between Death and Dreams worked perfectly and for some reason got goosebumps during those parts. EDIT: I've never liked breakdowns don't get me wrong they sometimes get me to move but bands rely on them waaayyy too much especially in deathcore

I agree with your analysis on this one, It's great but nothing new. You should definitely check out the new stuff from Enterprise Earth, they are killing it with their upcoming album.
