you are right. the golden days of digging are gone. when it was just yourself out there and everybody thought you were crazy hunting old bottles back in 1968.
Still getting my view. I like the no nonsense digging. As for the end of the golden age my dad was digging then, I wish I could get back into it, people who know what they're doing are hard to find and it's a very secretive hobby for fear of sites getting hammered. I wish I had a little group of people, it would be good exercise with a goal unlike running on the spot for no reason
What a good dig you had Shane, love the T.P. WOOD Codd, the egg cup was also unusual to be whole, the ding wont affect displaying it. Nice little crested egg cup, that tips worth digging just for the t p wood stuff, the Staffordshire figure is a good find aswell, never noticed any adverts, I think bottle diggers don’t get many views in the uk, unless you dance about and sing silly songs 😂 I hope your channel takes off mate, you deserve it.👍

Good dig mate been watching tom afew years now always see you in the back ground thought I would have a change of hole would love to find a new tip everything has been built on around my area and I don't drive so I've stopped for now.

Think YT stick adds on most videos now anyway. Very cool dig,, nice poisons. im out tomorrow,,, hit a fresh bit so should be ok :)
