The difficulty jumps just get worse. Ex to Insane is an astronomical jump. Dont get me started on Torment. But these modes are for players who have accounts which are a years time or more in progress.
Yeah, extreme to insane is madness. The jump in HP values pretty much requires ue40/50 of the needed characters. The truth is most players just arent going to have the ability to clear insane+. Wakamo here is a good example of why there should be some difficulty between ex and insane.
Even though I'm lv 82, I'm considering still a newb. But, I have advice for beginner who have same level as me to do Extreme comfy. You just need UE50 Mika as well as the Assist Mika. 3* Kayoko with 3 ranks EX is enough to fill max the CC. You could take down Wakamo with 3 team. Last team just bring your decent Yellow student (you can mix it with Red student like Mutsuki). I got 14, 452 M point.

Mika ran July last year Pretty much the only accessible unit shown here is Tsubaki. We're just going to assume a "beginner" really managed to have Mika spook them on the S. Hanako banner, and that Cherino, Ako, Himari, and Ui decided to spook them as well? They're also max level, fully developed? Where is the guide with alternate units, with lower leveled units, with less built units? This isn't a guide when the backline is literally THE meta backline and half the vanguard is commonly used in yellow raids as well.
Tbf Mika was in the blufes gacha poll togetherwith S. Hoshino, so there's a possibility that a few beginners have her, but I agree with the guide not using more f2p and beginner alternatives.
Currently level 53, beat the first 3 difficulty stages but I guess my level just prevents me from climbing any further. My collection also sucks, missing a lot of the recommended students.
Lvl 57 here, I too am finding the difficulty jump from hardcore to extreme pretty insurmountable. I can do HC with my own students, and am right on the cusp of being able to clear it with a single team; needless to say that and the lesser difficulties can be hard carried by a friend student. But in Ex even borrowing a maxxed-out Mika isn't enough to do more than occasionally limp into phase two with one or two students alive, at which point the timer runs out and everyone else I send gets bodied by the boat.
@@Egavans In the end I was able to successfully clear Hardcore with borrowed Mikas. Unfortunately my collection was both too limited and not built enough to go any higher. I'll make sure to buy my Utaha Eliphs every day now though in prep for next year.

Cherino for passive ult charge, Mika for dps, Akane for def down and cheap cost rotation, Tubaki to tank and CC, NY Fuka to support Mika, Utaha for blocking shots from the boss. I would beat round 1 and do about 40% for round 2. Team 2 and onward is for clean up. Just throw bodies at Wakamo until you win.

Honnestly I'm beginning in this game my account is 4 months old. I'm not bothering too much with that kind of content atm I clear what I can but I'm focusing on leveling up my account first. Then i'll see where I go from there. I'm maxing my favorites for now.
I'm coming right up on the level where I might be able to graduate from Hardcore to Extreme and I have a good selection of characters including all the ones shown here, so this is a great guide for me! I'm having a problem, though, when I try to taunt with Tsubaki, it says Wakamo is immune and Tsubaki gets nuked. What am I missing? Tsubaki's EX skill is only at 4 right now, is that it? Some other skill that might not be quite there?
Wait until 1. hopefully you pull her off rate on banners, or 2. you actually need her and if you have the mats to max her out straight away. If your Mika is 5 star or higher, then a 3 star Iori is not really going to be doing much for you off the bat.
Try to pull one copy of her for easy 4s because to 4s her you need 120 or 100 idk but I think you should have a copy of her first then used it for her I'm also a new player but I think in order to lvl 40 the WEAPON of each character you need to 5s or unlock 5s of them first which is a problem for 1s-2s characters because it requires more eleph to 5s them this might be the whale mechanics of this game but, since we can farm some eleph it might take year or months to do but hey it's free So hold on it bro I'm also experiencing the same way you do I have 120 eleph on that screaming shotgun crazy girl I'm not going to unlock her because not only I will suffer on lvl her it will also affect my existing characters that need priority for lvling and eq tier up as well as skill upgrade this ytber also have some guides Just browse his past videos on character priority and must have, if you don't have them try and find a self solution on it Fellow intern sensei 🫡
As a level 68, I'm so glad to own Mika and have a friend whos a veteran player to borrow me his MIka for this raid. Still took me 8 teams to beat extreme tho :V ( I still don't have ako, himari, cherino or ui)

On my way to borrow Ako, Hikari and Ui and Mika all at once✍️✍️✍️ Tbf even with not so recommended students you can pull extreme, even if it takes you 3 teams like me. Though I was lucky I could pull SS Hoshino in this last fest banner, but I still have to make do with a very last minute leveled up Pina bc I don't have either Neru or Maki lmao
The problem with this game is probably the farming eq ups mats because I'm lvl 47 with tier 2-3 some are 4 equipments it sucks that my damaged is not even enough on very high diff my tank died 🤣 also another problem is the lack of characters variety for my account i might ask my guild mates to use Thier characters instead which is not a problem This video is indeed very helpful but my mistakes is already been done, pain i can try and apply this guide later

im lvl 56, i managed to do hardcore with 1 team borrowing a max level Mika from my club (you should try it of you didnt already)

My Tsubaki doesn't stun with her taunt I don't get it? The circle fills up 3/4 of the way unlike in the video and it's only on very hard.

Max lvl. First bar is 6 s. Tsubaki's taunt at Max is 6.2.
I tried it with 3 I think and it wasn't enough. I just leveled it to 5 without trying 4 so maybe 4 will work, but 3 wasn't enough.

Its possible but may need to expend a couple of teams since the possibility of units dying is high
