Scott D’Amore doesn’t get enough credit for what he has done behind the scenes. Seems like a really good guy who wants the best for the wrestlers.

Very pro fan/wrestler* move by Scott. I don’t watch WWE at all but this kind of collaborative behavior like AEW’s forbidden door is def the right direction for all of us. Imo.

@@MothmanColdIf you don’t mind me asking. WWE is the biggest wrestling company and right now they are doing the best numbers now. People are calling this attitude era 2.0. So I’m just surprised to hear you don’t watch WWE. Why don’t you watch WWE?, if you don’t mind me asking

@@j.t.a5395 a lot of it was Vince’s treatment of WCW after the buyout and that led into the pg era etc it got scrubbed too clean and became a kids show imo. To your point tho now is prob the biggest chance they’d have of swinging me to watch some with Vince gone and the gritty approach returning. If they manage to snag the Hardy’s then maaaybe. I prefer skill to story tho and I just feel like AEW NWA NJPW and TNA have more skill than story. I’m ok with that. WWE is super heavy on story imo.

Scott D’Amore has done some amazing things for wrestling outside of the ring the last several years & I fully believe he is one of the sole reasons for this amazing TNA/WWE partnership.
He truly doesn’t get enough credit. LEGEND!

Scott D'Amore gets a lot of credit. He's championed by a lot of people and has had decent longevity in the business, TNA in particular.

Loved his booking and work in TNA. That said - he did the right thing for the wrestlers and f'd his own company in the process. Now her and Joe Hendry are going to the WWE as soon as their TNA contracts are up and are already training over there. I can see why he was fired.

All I got from this interview is that everyone around Scott were the bad guys and he's the best and nothing is his fault.
I love him and love what he's done, (team Canada were my BOYS), but he tried to come across as godly and righteous in this interview 😂
Still super stoked for maple leaf wrestling, a fed in Canada with worldwide appeal has been missing for a long long time! And getting Jinder Mahal, Josh Alexander, Kylie Rae, KUSHIDA and Mauro Ranallo in, is spectacular for the opening weekend! I'd love to see them do some talent sharing with OTT in Ireland and REV PRO in the UK!

He’s wrong about not seeing the TNA collab, Vince partnered with several smaller promotions back in the day. The USAWA and ECW come to mind. The situation just needed to be perfect and Vince would do it.
